Evaluation of Brief:
- The final collection looks very cohesive, the colours are translated across all areas to tie all the individual elements together. The colour palette is strong, it presents the theme of fresh very well, and the 'fresh moves' theme running through the pieces.
- The illustrations really drove the aesthetic of the project, the illustrator I worked with (Ekaterina Sheath) has a particular style so we tried to make sure the characters didn't look too young within the project, as well as incorporating a range of people.
- The animations of the dancing character were made by animator Kumail, and the text animations by myself. This animation is a really strong aspect of the project, ans something I would have wanted to spend more time on this side of the project, however, Kumail couldn't spend more time on it because of his own course deadlines and I struggled to find another animator.
- The final packaging (the carrier) really ties the pieces together and makes the project more realistic, despite being made quickly the design was taken from earlier developments of the beer labels so brings everything together well.
- If I was to continue with the project further I would work on the animated elements more and develop these further, potentially make more promotional material with audio as well, to really develop a narrative for these characters.
