Or their side profile:
Was thinking if I developed a catalogue for an exhibition, photos of the backs of people's heads could be incorporated into it?
Think the visual is really interesting.
Prompts could be incorporated into this too?
Thinking about catalogue again, layouts, type etc
- Looking the same
- Isn't improving
- Need to push past this aesthetic I'm stuck on!
Thinking of having more of a sporadic approach.
Presenting the images more in the way things get presented in galleries, tessellated?
These feel more interesting than the other layouts, they have a sense of movement to them, way less static which I think is appropriate for the purpose of the publication.
Then tested with the blur:
Think it's pretty effective with the blur, continues that ambiguous tone.
The prompts are interesting and would get the audience thinking about the way their body is positioned when looking at art.
- Do i want the audience to change the way they're acting or to realise the way they normally act?- Is it possible to do both, does it happen anyway? If you tell someone to change the way they're standing it also brings attention to the way they were standing before.
But still SO STUCK!!
Think I need to decide on book or exhibition.
Toying between the two and not getting anywhere!
