Text and Image Initial Development

Taking the original image made in initial ideas and expanding:

- background is the fabric used on baby blankets.

- has a childlike, playful aesthetic to go along with the theme of being humorous with cut outs for the images, has the illusion of being collaged.

- Steps being within the style of tongue and cheek.

- No hierarchy within text, needs to be considered more.  

 Hierarchy added, bold steps and title. Does add depth to the image, but needs to be more.
The layout it lacking, doesn't read right for an informative leaflet, need to have text on the opposite side. Also there are too few instructions to work would need to have more content.
- look up articles by women who put blankets over their heads when eating to demonstrate the ridiculousness.

Thinking of taking the pamphlet idea and how to develop onto a cover?

Having the different images for the pamphlet, the original photos looks bizarre within the context of a more jokey context, the quick sketches by hand fits the theme well and pay homage to the original. The type is horrible, do i want to copy this completely? Will it become too similar?

What to do taking forward?
- Research lady with the blanket over her head
- look up newspaper comics depicting stories in a funny light
- think about layout and how to advance these with the text.
