Cover Production

To hardback the book need specific measurements of the grey board so it fully cover's the pages. To do this follow these steps:

1. Measure width of the textblock (-6mm) (+3mm)
2. Measure heigth of textblock (+6mm)
3. trace this twice out onto grey board.
4. Trace spine onto the grey board for accuracy.
You should have 3 pieces like this:

5. Glue to the cover with a gap of 6mm + the width of board between the spine and front and back covers.

Logistics:
Now with the pages being different sizes the cover paper needs to be the full size of the book (28mm x 23mm). But so it doesn't bend it has to be a heavy weighted paper to not flop over the other pages.

Need to test whether the end page should be bound into the book, or glued into the book, what would be more successful (do on front and back of test bound book).
