Thinking of the theme of time and how to work with it:

- How to manage your time better.
People don't stick to their new years resolutions, how to make people stick to them?

- Drink more water
- Spend less/Save money

- Spend more time with family and friends

Target audience, people over 18 due to subscription, male or female.
- need to keep designs neutral to gender and age
- basic shapes and layout as to not distract from main design
Research:
Ryan Carl Studio:

- The basic shapes and text within the work really allows for the design to shine, it incorporates wit into the visuals really well.
- The simplicity is something we'd want to carry forward to our own work. It allows for a non gender specific aesthetic, and wouldn't distract from the purpose of the product.
Other inspo:
- Further examples of using basic shapes within design, some experimenting with a more paper cut style, this could increase the playful factor of the designs but may bring the overall tone down.
- Some introducing textures into the designs as well, the textures could come from organisational papers, eg graph paper, isometric paper, dotted paper etc.
Bullet Journaling:
- A way of personalising a diary to what suits them, only really suits those who have an artistic tendency, but also takes up a lot of your time.
- Can make it incorporate other resolutions eg, trackign water intake, hours of sleep etc.
