Building Animation 2.0

Testing with another way to animate the buildings, as the original animation didn't translate in the same way at the sound animations since it was stagnant. It didn't come from anything, it just appeared, which doesn't compliment the aesthetic of the other animated elements.

Decided to animate the buildings as if they were being constructed, this is similar to some of the sound animations. Here are some stills from the video demonstrating this:

The overall impact is more effective than previous tests, it has a more organic feel, and can also be animated to deconstruct the same way it was constructed.

However, the animation isn't intended to be so heavily linked to the city, it's intention is to be an experience that doesn't resonate with a specific place in an attempt to transport the audience to a new place.

Having the image included in the building in the animation Doesn't look how I had hoped, want it to appear as though you're walking past it, as if it were in VR. The scale would have to be much larger for it to be effective. My after Effects Skills are limited so this is difficult to achieve.

Maybe re-think the use of the building.
